Confessions of a Blogger

For a long long time ,I evaded writing a blog.Justifying my eschewal and satisfying my inner self with the very thought that there are more significant things in life to do.Though there always remained this clandestine desire to establish myself as a "Successful Blogger"(as I would coin it).

"WHAT TO WRITE??"

What will I write? would be the question that would intimidate me always.Cloaking my inability, to decide(as true to my Geminian character) on a worthy topic for my blog, with my feigned "busyness" would always be a recourse.Who, in this world, has time for such trivial activities? Blogging is a sport of the idlers- was always a re-assuring thought.But then selecting a befitting topic was not the sole hurdle.

"HOW TO WRITE??"

More daunting task would be to assimilate my thoughts and produce in a form that would leave my audience all enthralled and eulogising.This activity would call for juggling with my nerves,scribbling sheets of paper one after the other(some flying about in the air descending gracefully on the floor, others finding haven straight in the waste bin),spending hours talking to myself(No no..this looks very cliched...a first person narration would leave an impact).Huh! After all, nothing in this life comes easy!!

"HOW TO WRITE EFFECTIVELY??"

'Life's good but living life's tough and effectively living life's even tougher :)' .The pursuit of perfection is same as that of a mirage.However hard you try,the destination is always unattainable.Writing an effective blog implied 'good vocabulary' , 'lovely quotations' , 'mind boggling analogies' , 'witty phrases tickling one's fancy'.Absence of these elements is akin to a cake without an icing!! Presentation matters...be it food,an idea or even a person.

Then the rigmarole ceremony of multiple drafts and buddy reviews would inevitably ensue so as to have a taste of praises and pattings before a smaller and more cherished audience and establish one's genre of blog writing.

These musings of any naive blogger often are the cause of reticence.But believe me, the fear of the unknown remains only as long as unexplored;once explored ,the territory is all yours- to fathom the greatest depths and scale the greatest heights.First blog is just like first love....pure and innocent.Every word that comes from a sincere blogger's heart leaves a mark in its true earnestness.Just like a tale that slowly and beautifully unfolds, revealing numerous mysteries ,exposing the realm of fantasies, and actualizing the realities ,leaving its audience mesmerised!!
